Welcome to Hall's Creek North, Section I & IIA!
On behalf of your Homeowner's Association we would like to welcome you to our community.  In addition, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with information that you will need as a property owner and member of the Association here at Hall's Creek North.  Click here to read more.

As established by the Developer(s), we are Sections 1 and 2A: Cormorant, Pigeon, Brant, Marlot,
Nellie through 109 and Morganser (not including 920, 922, 924, 926) 79 homes total.

The remaining Hall's Creek North areas are still under Developer control or do not have a homeowner
controlled HOA at this time. (Sections 2B, 2C, 3, etc.) 

Also, we have a new mailing address. Please send all correspondence to this address.

10/30/18    The HOA Architectural Committee Approval Request Form can be downloaded from our web
                 site. You will need to complete and submit this form for HOA approval if you are making any
                 changes to the exterior of your home, such as roofing and/or siding. Examples include
                 changes in the type or color of the product to be used. If you are having storm damage repairs
                 made to your property that return your home to its pre-hurricane appearance you do not need
                 to submit this form or obtain HOA approval. Also, approval is required for any exterior
                 additions or other alterations to the exterior of the property.
